Classes for Little Feet & Grown-Up Souls
From first steps to bold moves, our classes invite kids and adults alike to discover the freedom of dance. Whether you’re nurturing your child’s creativity or reclaiming your own joy through movement, we offer a space where everyone can belong, grow, and groove.
Children’s Dance Classes
Joyful dance classes for ages 4–7 that spark creativity, rhythm, and confidence through playful movement and cultural beats. No mirrors, no pressure, just fun!
This is a welcoming space for every child — neurodiverse, curious, shy, bold, loud, quiet, and everything in between!
What to Expect:
Class Highlights:
- Explore embodied creativity through African, contemporary, and global music.
- Engage in fun, thematic activities that promote imagination and joy.

Waiver:
Required once per semester. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign.
Note: Missed classes? No worries! It can be credited toward another date.

Meet the Heart Behind the Movement
With over 30 years of dance experience, Belén Pereyra, former principal dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, created Rhythm & Heart to share the joy and freedom of movement with people of all ages.
Her classes are more than just dance, they’re uplifting spaces where creativity, confidence, and authentic self-expression come alive.
